Review by Debra Louise Scott

This is a nicely laid out book of jungle animals with interesting questions about habitat, feeding, etc on a cut half page that reveals the answer when you flip it over. There are also many animals that are in the main pictures that are labeled but not part of the narrative, so the child can hunt these out as the reader reads them, (a bit like the Richard Scarry Books).

The book would be enjoyed by children about ages 4-6, possibly younger for the very inquisitive child, and useful, with the index in the back, for young readers in early primary grades.  )
